Rick entered the mortgage business in 1996 and now has over 25 years in the mortgage industry. In 2019, Rick decided to create Crown Home Mortgage with his partners when they saw an opportunity in the industry. Crown Home Mortgage is a company that treats its customers like royalty.
Crown is built by loan officers for loan officers.
Rick is responsible for business growth and development opportunities for the company. He provides mentorship to Senior Loan officers to help groom the next generation of sales leaders at Crown. He helps to manage branch P&Ls and approves pricing concessions.
Bobby entered the mortgage business in 1997. He has been recognized as a manager at Wells Fargo for being one of its top 5 most profitable branches. Bobby now has over 24 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
In 2019, Bobby joined forces with his partners and old coworkers to create Crown Home Mortgage.
Bobby is responsible for coaching, training, business planning, and mentorship on an individual level with loan officers. He works with branch managers to develop systems and processes for holding loan officers accountable to keep them growing.
Marc started his career in mortgage in 2003 at Residential Home Funding Corp. Here he became coworkers with Bobby & Ricky, where they led one of the most profitable divisions in the company.
Marc knew they could go further, and with over 18 years of experience, he helped start Crown Home Mortgage. Now Marc leads Crown’s efforts to streamline and perfect operational systems from start to finish to close loans more efficiently, at a lower cost, and in a faster timeframe.
Marc has direct oversight of Processing for Crown Home Mortgage and maintains a staff of top-notch Ops professionals to deliver on our promise to “treat the customer like royalty.”
Domonie started in the mortgage industry in 2004 as a Junior Loan Officer. Domonie worked her way up through various roles including, Processor, Processing Manager, Operations Manager, and now is Pipeline Manager at Crown Home Mortgage.
Domonie brings a wealth of knowledge gained through years of experience in the mortgage banking industry with the last 25 years in management.
Domonie prides herself on attention to detail, accountability, willingness to learn, and being part of the team.
Domonie bleeds Green and Gold (she’s a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan.) She enjoys outdoor activities with her family including, boating, skiing, snowboarding, and hiking.
As the National Business Development Manager for Crown, Mike handles all things “growth.” From establishing new offices and market areas to mergers and acquisitions, onboarding systems, and retention strategies.
Mike’s primary focus is sharing the Crown Home Mortgage experience across the country with the goal of attracting top talent.

Sharon has been in the mortgage processing industry for over 13 years. She started at RHF and moved to UNMB with Bobby. Finally, Sharon completed the journey with Bobby and the team starting here at Crown from the start!
Sharon has three sons who keep her running around from work to practices, games, and whatever else comes their way ?
Sharon enjoys spending time with her family, glamping, traveling on road trips, even if it’s a day trip, shopping, and watching movies.
Kimberly has enjoyed working in different parts of the mortgage industry for the past 15 years, from sales to post-closing and underwriting.
Outside of work, Kimberly loves traveling or planning trips to different beaches around the world with her husband and their two daughters.
