I have been originating loans for over 49 years and have worked for a number of different types of lenders including establishing and running my own mortgage banking company in 1993 specializing in Alternative and subprime loan programs. I have managed loan originators in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Delaware. Active in the Mortgage Bankers Association of Philadelphia for over 30 years. My entire career has been dedicated to assisting people realize their dreams of home ownership. Nothing makes me happier professionally than being able to hand my applicants the keys to their new home. I have been the Affiliate Chairman and Board Member for the Bucks County Association of Realtors for the last 7 years. I have also been a past president of the Warminster Soccer Club for 5 years, responsible for an organization of over 1200 participants. I have been married for 49 years. I have 5 children, two boys and three girls. I have 10 grandchildren. I enjoy my free time with the family at sporting activities and cookouts. I enjoy tennis, pickleball and playing canasta.
